Taylor Meadows & Black Tusk

Back

This stunning area is about 15 miles south of Whistler BC, Canada. Taylor Meadows and Black Tusk are located in Garibaldi Provencial Park. There is a plethora of interesting natural features to take in upon reaching Taylor Meadows. If you are primarily a Washington State hiker like me, then the scenery in this area will offer something both familiar and unique. In addition to the official park page, this article offers a summary of what can be found in the Provencial Park.
Glacier-fed Garibaldi Lake with glacier-clad Garabaldi Mountain at the back. There are many separate trails one can take when you reach the meadows; one of them leads down the lake.
