Glacier Basin

Henry M. Jackson Wilderness

Glacier Basin is situated one thousand feet above the mining ghost town of Monte Cristo. A short, but steep trail retraces miners' boot prints into this mineral-rich subalpine bowl in the shadow of jagged peaks.
