Three guys set out in mid-August to find a lake in the North Cascades with no name. We called it "Bimini" because it had a natural underwater pathway of flat rocks like the Bimini Road which led to a small island. The water was colored like a tropical ocean and icebergs floated at the far end of the lake. After a long slog in the heat to reach Bimini, we found a nice place on the rocks by the ice to escape the mosquitoes.
